Elected has a Moody Blue's feel to it.
wow, that's a comparison i never would have thought about, but you're very right. it actually makes me want to reconsider the moody blues a bit.
I love the album, and am excited to see them in a couple of weeks in DC with the Fiery Furnaces.
Moody blues, beach boys, kinks, the comparisons go on, but the sound is their own. The more you listen, the better Inouk sounds. They make great music to really listen to. Yeah, they take chances and that often pays off. Can't not admire them for their solid vocals and great playing.
